  • Cook Kodo Millet: First, cook the kodo millet according to the package instructions or until it becomes soft and can be easily mashed. Once cooked, let it cool to room temperature.
  • Prepare Jaggery Syrup: In a separate pan, melt the grated jaggery with a little water over low heat to make a syrup. Strain the syrup to remove any impurities.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and mashed kodo millet with the melted jaggery syrup. Mix well until the millet and jaggery are thoroughly combined.
