Ingredients Needed For Palak Paneer:-

(Cooking for two people)
  1. Onion – 1 medium sized finely chopped
  2. Tomato -1 medium sized finely chopped
  3. Garlic cloves – 5 finely chopped
  4. Paneer – as required
  5. Jeera – 1 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
  7. Hing – half teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
  9. Water – as required
  10. Oil or ghee – 1 to 2 tablespoons
  11. Cream – 2 tablespoons
  12. Salt – as required
FOR MAKING PALAK PUREE:-
  1. Palak (spinach)- 6 cups
  2. Green chilies -2  finely chopped
  3. Garlic -2 numbers chopped or crushed
  4. Ginger – 1 inch roughly chopped
  5. Water – as required

Steps To Be Followed To Prepare The Palak Paneer:-

  1. Wash spinach leaves in water and keep aside
  2. Take a pan, heat it and pour 3 cups of water and add salt 
  3. After boiling water add spinach leaves and let it be the palak leaves sit in the water for 1 minute
  4. After one minute take the leaves and let it cool
  5. After cooling take a blender, add spinach leaves, ginger, garlic, and, green chilies and make it into a smooth paste. No need to add water while making this paste.
  6. Keep this paste aside
  7. Now take a kadai and heat it and pour ghee or oil
  8. Now add cumin or jeera and fry for 1 minute
  9. After that add a leaf and fry for 1 minute
  10. Now add finely chopped onion and saute them till the onion turns into golden color
  11. Now add garlic and saute them until the raw the aroma of garlic disc disappears. Add chopped tomatoes and saute them till they soften.
  12. Once the tomatoes are softened add chili powder, turmeric and, hing and give a good mix for 1 minute
  13. Now add palak puree and mix well
  14. Add water as required and stir again
  15. Now turn the flame into low and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on low flame
  16. Now add salt as required and add garam masala and mix well
  17. Now add paneer cubes as much as you want
  18. Mix well and cook on low flame until paneer becomes soft
  19. Finally add, fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves 
  20. It’s all done. Delicious  Palak paneer is ready and serve when it is hot and enjoy the recipe
