Sandesh is put into a mold and garnished with raisins and pistachios. They are available in various varieties like mango Sandesh, ice cream Sandesh, jaggery Sandesh and many more. Kaju Barfi
Kaju Barfi is a very popular sweet among children and Marwaris of India. It is made with milk, sugar, and cashew nuts, topped with a silver cover. Modak

Mysore Pak
As it is evident from the name, this Indian sweet hails from the Mysore city. It is yellow or brown and is made by constantly turning the besan in clarified butter or ghee. Sometimes this pak is flavored with spices or essences like rose water, honey, or cardamom.
Rasgulla
Rasgulla is circular-sized cottage cheese balls boiled in sugar syrup. This sweet is a patented product of West Bengal and is also popularly called Banglar Rasgulla. These soft, round, and spongy balls are almost impossible to decline and are among India’s most iconic sweets.
Soan Papdi
Although soan papdi is a patent sweet in Gujarat, however, it is famous all over India. It is a perfect dessert for those who have diabetes and occasionally eat sweets with low sugar content in them.
Ladoo
Ladoos are sweet balls rolled in a rounded shape by lightly pressing with a hand. It has different varieties, among which besan ke laddoo and motichoor ladoo are the most popular among them all. Kalakand

Gujiya
Gujiya is another deep-fried sweet which is common in northern India like UP. Gujiya is usually of two variants. One has a stuffing of jaggery and dry fruits and another one with coconut. These are deep-fried in hot oil or ghee and then soaked in sugar syrup.
Jalebi
Jalebi is made from urad dal, sugar syrup, and channa and is handmade in circular criss-cross lines. They are deep-fried and immersed in sugar syrup. Jalebi with rabri is one of the most popular dessert combinations in India.

The name of the sweet is already conveying the total ingredients with which it is composed of.
